Pall was built on real factory floors — for the people on them, not for a conference stage.
Most factory software is a dashboard somebody forgets to open. Pall is the opposite: a colleague that watches the line with you, keeps score so your people can win, and taps you on the shoulder when something needs you.
Built where the work happens
Pall grew up on a real production line, helping push a floor toward 1,200+ units a day. Every part of it — the Çırak–Usta leaderboard, the voice notes, the calls when something slips — comes from what a real floor actually needed, not a product spec.
Three jobs, one place
It sees the floor with your cameras, coaches the team with a daily game, and acts on its own over app, message and phone. All of it runs inside your building, so your data never leaves it.
