Your video recordings stay on your own recorder. Pall never copies or stores your footage anywhere else.

How Pall sees the floor

To understand what is happening, Pall sends single still frames — never video — and the photos you share to Google’s Gemini AI over an encrypted connection. Pall uses Google’s paid service; under its terms Google does not use this content to train its models. Pall does not look for faces and does not identify people from the cameras.

What's stored, and where

Your counts, tasks and the things you drop into chat (voice notes, photos, documents) are kept on your company’s Pall server, separate from every other company. Messages you write to Pall are answered by Google’s Gemini AI in the same way. You decide who sees the numbers.

No lock-in

Pall is a simple monthly subscription per factory. Your numbers belong to your company — cancel any month and ask us for a copy.

What this website collects

Forms. When you use the contact, support, maintenance or purchase forms, we collect what you type — name, company, phone, email, your message and, if you add one, a photo. It is sent to our team by email (through Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States) and by WhatsApp through Pall's own server, and kept only as long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of the request.

Payments. Card payments are handled by iyzico, a licensed Turkish payment company. You type your card on iyzico's page; we never see or store your card number. We receive your subscription reference, name, email, phone and billing address to run your subscription and send invoices.

Web chat. If you open Pall on this website with your company code, your messages and photos are answered by Google’s Gemini AI through this site’s server.

On your device. The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising or analytics scripts. Your browser keeps your Pall chat and the numbers of requests you sent (so the support page can list them); you can clear them any time by clearing this site's data.

Amaç ve hukuki sebep. Talebine cevap vermek, bakım ve destek sağlamak, aboneliği kurmak ve faturalamak. Hukuki sebep: KVKK m.5/2-(c) sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, m.5/2-(ç) hukuki yükümlülük (faturalama) ve m.5/2-(f) meşru menfaat.

Aktarım. Talepler e-postayla ABD merkezli e-posta altyapısı Resend üzerinden ve WhatsApp ile Pall'ın kendi sunucusu üzerinden ekibimize iletilir. Web sitesindeki Pall sohbetine yazılan mesajlar ve fotoğraflar, cevap üretmek için Google LLC'nin Gemini yapay zeka hizmetine (yurt dışı) gönderilir. Kart ödemeleri iyzico tarafından işlenir. Veriler bunlar dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.

Saklama. Talepler cevaplanıp kayıt tutma süresi dolana kadar; fatura bilgileri mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır.
