Kapsam

  • Bu metin Pall uygulamasının hangi verileri neden işlediğini anlatır.
  • Pall, üretim yapan şirketlere sözleşmeyle sunulan bir iş uygulamasıdır. Uygulamaya yalnızca şirketinizin verdiği aktivasyon koduyla girilir. Uygulama içinde satın alma yoktur.

Veri sorumlusu

  • Pall'ı çalışanlarına sunan şirket (işvereniniz) kişisel verilerinizin veri sorumlusudur.
  • Pall'ı geliştiren ve işleten ekip bu şirket adına veri işleyen olarak çalışır.
  • Şirketinizin Pall yöneticisine ya da roy.debayar@efeaktif.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Hangi verileri işliyoruz

  • Profil: adınız, seçtiğiniz karakter, firma adı ve isteğe bağlı 4 haneli profil şifresi. Şifrenin kendisi sunucuda tutulmaz, yalnızca tuzlanmış özeti tutulur.
  • İletişim: Ayarlar'da yazdığınız telefon numarası ve bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu.
  • Kişiler: yalnızca Ayarlar'da "Kişileri Senkronize Et" derseniz rehberinizdeki ad ve numaralar sunucuya yüklenir. Bir kez eşitledikten sonra rehberiniz değiştikçe güncel hâli kendiliğinden gönderilir. Eşitlemezseniz rehberiniz cihazınızda kalır.
  • Sohbet: Pall'a yazdığınız mesajlar, Pall'ın yanıtları ve canlı konuşmanın yazıya dökülmüş hâli. Ses kaydı saklanmaz.
  • Fotoğraf ve görüntü: yüklediğiniz kalite, koli ve sipariş föyü fotoğrafları. Canlı konuşmada kameradan gösterdiğiniz görüntü saklanmaz, yalnızca o an yanıt üretmek için iletilir.
  • Mesaj ve arama: Pall'dan WhatsApp ile mesaj ya da belge göndermesini istediğinizde alıcı ve içerik. Pall acil bir durumda şirket yetkilisini telefonla ararsa, aramada anlatılacak durum metni.
  • Takvim, Hatırlatıcılar ve Kişiler (cihazda): izin verirseniz Pall bunları yalnızca sizin isteğinizle okur ya da yazar. Okuduğu bilgi, sorunuzu yanıtlamak için sohbetle birlikte yapay zekaya gönderilir.
  • Teknik bilgi: uygulama sürümü, bildirim izninin durumu ve canlı konuşmanın bağlantı ölçümleri. Bunlar yalnızca hataları bulmak için kullanılır.
  • Konum toplanmaz. Reklam gösterilmez, sizi başka uygulamalarda izlemeyiz ve verilerinizi satmayız.

Neden işliyoruz

  • Uygulamanın çalışması için: sohbet, pano, kalite panosu, bildirim ve arama.
  • Şirketinizin iş takibi için: üretim, kalite ve görev kayıtları şirketinizin iş kayıtlarıdır.

Kimlerle paylaşılır

  • Google Gemini (Google LLC): Pall yanıtlarını bu yapay zeka üretir. Mesajlarınız ve sohbete eklediğiniz fotoğraflar şirketinizin Pall sunucusu üzerinden Google Gemini'ye gönderilir. Canlı konuşmada sesiniz ve kamera görüntünüz ise sunucunun verdiği kısa ömürlü, tek kullanımlık bir anahtarla telefonunuzdan doğrudan Google'a gider. Şirket sunucusundan geçmez ve kaydedilmez. Bunların hepsi ancak uygulamadaki yapay zeka onayını verirseniz yapılır ve onayınızı Ayarlar'dan geri alabilirsiniz.
  • Pall, Google Gemini'yi ücretli (faturalı) API ile kullanır. Bu hizmetin koşullarına göre Google, gönderilen içeriği kendi ürünlerini geliştirmek için kullanmaz. İçeriği yalnızca kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve yasal zorunluluklar için sınırlı bir süre kayıtta tutar.
  • Yüklenen kalite fotoğrafları, kalite notu çıkarmak için şirketinizin Pall sunucusunda Google Gemini ile incelenir.
  • Twilio (Twilio Inc.): Pall acil bir durumda şirket yetkilisini telefonla ararsa arama Twilio üzerinden yapılır. Aranan numara ve aramadaki konuşma bu hizmetten geçer. Aramadaki sesi Google Gemini üretir.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): Pall'dan WhatsApp ile mesaj ya da belge göndermesini istediğinizde mesaj, şirketinizin WhatsApp hesabından gider. Alıcı ve içerik WhatsApp'ın sunucularından geçer.
  • Apple: bildirimler Apple'ın bildirim hizmeti (APNs) üzerinden iletilir.
  • Barındırma: veriler şirketinizin Pall sunucusunda tutulur. Bağlantılar TLS ile şifrelenir.
  • Şirketinizin WhatsApp gruplarına gönderilen kalite fotoğrafları ve mesajlar, şirketinizin kurduğu bağlantıyla Pall panosunda gösterilebilir. Bu içerik yalnızca aynı şirketin kullanıcılarına görünür.
  • Bu sağlayıcılara yalnızca o işi yapmak için gereken veri gider. Hiçbirine reklam için veri verilmez ve verileriniz satılmaz.

Yurt dışına aktarım

  • Google, Twilio, WhatsApp (Meta) ve Apple'ın hizmetleri Türkiye dışındaki, çoğunlukla ABD'deki sunucularda çalışır. Bu hizmetlere giden veriler yurt dışına aktarılmış olur (KVKK madde 9).
  • Sohbet ve canlı konuşmada yapay zekaya gönderim yalnızca uygulamadaki onayınızla başlar. Onayı geri alırsanız bu yoldan yapay zekaya yeni veri gitmez. Yüklediğiniz kalite fotoğrafları ise yukarıda yazıldığı gibi şirket sunucusunda incelenir.

Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep

  • Veriler bu uygulama üzerinden, elektronik ortamda toplanır.
  • Hesap, iletişim ve iş kayıtları iş ilişkinizin yürütülmesi ve şirketinizin meşru menfaati için işlenir (KVKK madde 5/2-c ve 5/2-f). Sohbet ve canlı konuşmada yapay zekaya gönderim ile rehber eşitleme ise açık onayınızla yapılır.

Ne kadar süre saklanır

  • Hesap verileriniz hesabınız silinene kadar saklanır.
  • Hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz, telefon numaranız, bildirim jetonunuz, eşitlenen kişileriniz, sohbet dökümünüz ve söyledikleriniz sunucudan silinir.
  • Şirketinizin çalışan kaydı (ad, rol) ile üretim, kalite ve puan kayıtları şirketinizin iş kaydıdır ve şirketinizin saklama kurallarına göre tutulur. Silinmeleri için şirket yöneticinize başvurabilirsiniz.

Haklarınız (KVKK madde 11)

  • Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini isteme hakkınız vardır.
  • Şirketinizin Pall yöneticisine ya da roy.debayar@efeaktif.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Bağlı uygulamalar ve Google kullanıcı verileri

Şirketinizin yöneticisi Pall'a Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Takvim) ya da başka uygulamaları bağlayabilir. Bağlantıyı yalnız yönetici kurar ve istediği an kaldırabilir. Pall bu hesaplara yalnız sizin ya da yetkili bir çalışanınızın isteğiyle, istenen işi yapmak için erişir: e-postadaki siparişleri okumak, üretim tablosunu doldurmak, sevkiyatı takvime koymak, raporu klasöre koymak gibi. Silme gibi geri alınamaz işler önce açık onay ister.

Google hesaplarından alınan veriler yalnız o şirketin kendi alanında kalır; başka şirketle paylaşılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz, satılmaz ve yapay zeka modeli eğitmek için kullanılmaz. Giriş anahtarları şifreli saklanır; uygulamalardan dönen içerik saklanmaz, yalnız hangi işin ne zaman yapıldığı kaydedilir.

Pall'ın Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka uygulamalara aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) şartları dahil Google API Services User Data Policy'ye uyar.

Hesabı silme

  • Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil. Silmeden önce neyin silineceği size gösterilir ve onayınız istenir.

Güvenlik

  • Bağlantılar TLS ile şifrelenir. Oturum bilgileriniz cihazınızın Anahtar Zinciri'nde tutulur. Profil şifreleri sunucuda yalnızca özet olarak tutulur.

Yaş sınırı

  • Pall bir iş uygulamasıdır ve 18 yaşından küçükler için değildir.

Değişiklikler

Pall Privacy Policy

Scope

  • This notice explains what data the Pall app processes and why.
  • Pall is a business app provided to manufacturing companies under contract. You can only enter it with the activation code your company gives you. There are no in-app purchases.

Data controller

  • The company that provides Pall to its employees (your employer) is the data controller for your personal data.
  • The team that develops and operates Pall acts as a data processor on behalf of that company.
  • Contact your company's Pall administrator or write to roy.debayar@efeaktif.com.

What we process

  • Profile: your name, the character you chose, company name and an optional 4-digit profile PIN. The server never stores the PIN itself, only a salted hash.
  • Contact: the phone number you enter in Settings and your device's push token.
  • Contacts: uploaded only if you tap "Sync Contacts" in Settings. After the first sync, the current copy is sent again automatically whenever your address book changes. If you never sync, your contacts stay on your device.
  • Chat: the messages you send, Pall's answers and the transcript of live voice conversations. Audio recordings are not stored.
  • Photos and video: the quality, box and order sheet photos you upload. What you show through the camera in a live conversation is not stored; it is only sent at that moment to produce an answer.
  • Messages and calls: the recipient and content when you ask Pall to send a message or document over WhatsApp. If Pall phones a company manager about an urgent situation, the description of that situation.
  • Calendar, Reminders and Contacts (on device): if you allow it, Pall reads or writes them only when you ask. What it reads is sent to the AI with the conversation to answer your question.
  • Technical data: app version, notification permission state and connection metrics of live conversations, used only to find bugs.
  • No location is collected. No ads, no tracking across other apps, and we never sell your data.

Why

  • To run the app: chat, board, quality board, notifications and calls.
  • For your company's work tracking: production, quality and task records are your company's business records.

Who we share with

  • Google Gemini (Google LLC) generates Pall's answers. Your messages and the photos you attach to the chat are sent to Google Gemini through your company's Pall server. During a live conversation your voice and camera view go directly from your phone to Google, using a short-lived, single-use key issued by the server. They do not pass through or get recorded on the company server. All of this happens only after you give the in-app AI consent, which you can withdraw in Settings.
  • Pall uses Google Gemini through the paid (billed) API. Under Google's terms for this service, submitted content is not used to improve Google's products. Google keeps it only for a limited time to prevent abuse and for legal requirements.
  • Uploaded quality photos are analysed with Google Gemini on your company's Pall server to write a quality note.
  • Twilio (Twilio Inc.): if Pall phones a company manager about an urgent situation, the call is placed through Twilio. The number called and the conversation pass through this service. The voice on the call is generated by Google Gemini.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): when you ask Pall to send a message or document over WhatsApp, it is sent from your company's WhatsApp account. The recipient and content pass through WhatsApp's servers.
  • Apple: notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service.
  • Hosting: data is kept on your company's Pall server. Connections are encrypted with TLS.
  • Quality photos and messages sent to your company's WhatsApp groups may appear on the Pall board through the connection your company set up. This content is visible only to users of the same company.
  • Each provider receives only the data needed for its job. None of them receives data for advertising, and your data is never sold.

Transfers abroad

  • Google, Twilio, WhatsApp (Meta) and Apple run their services on servers outside Turkey, mostly in the United States. Data sent to these services is transferred abroad (Turkish KVKK Article 9).
  • Sending chat and live conversation data to the AI starts only after your in-app consent. If you withdraw it, nothing new is sent to the AI this way. Quality photos you upload are still analysed on the company server as described above.

How and on what legal basis

  • Data is collected electronically through this app.
  • Account, contact and work records are processed to carry out your employment and for your company's legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5/2-c and 5/2-f). Sending chat and live conversation data to the AI and syncing contacts happen only with your explicit consent.

Retention

  • Account data is kept until you delete your account.
  • When you delete your account, your profile, phone number, push token, synced contacts, chat transcript and your statements are deleted from the server.
  • Your company's employee record (name, role) and production, quality and points records are business records kept under your company's retention rules. Ask your company administrator to have them removed.

Your rights

  • You may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object, and request compensation (Turkish KVKK Article 11).
  • Contact your company's Pall administrator or write to roy.debayar@efeaktif.com.

Connected apps and Google user data

Your company's administrator can connect Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar) or other apps to Pall. Only an administrator can connect an app, and they can disconnect it at any time. Pall accesses these accounts only when you or an authorised colleague asks it to, and only to do that task: reading orders that arrive by e-mail, filling in the production sheet, putting a shipment on the calendar, or saving a report to a folder. Irreversible actions such as deleting always ask for explicit confirmation first.

Data obtained from Google accounts stays within that company's own space. It is not shared with other companies, not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train AI models. Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted; content returned by the apps is not stored, only a record of which task was done and when.

Pall's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your account

  • Settings > Delete Account. Before anything is deleted the app shows exactly what will be removed and asks you to confirm.

Security

  • Connections use TLS. Session credentials are kept in the device Keychain. Profile PINs are stored on the server only as hashes.

Age

  • Pall is a business app and is not intended for anyone under 18.
